Those of us who don't live at the Pinnacle Heights apartments in Rogers may not have stumbled onto the businesses accompanying the dwellings. I will give you a good reason — Confident Coffee.

State of play: It makes all kinds of sense to open a coffee shop right where people live (hello, built-in regulars). But you don't need to live there to come grab a coffee and hang out at this welcoming shop, where I can see myself plopping down with my laptop all morning.
