👋 Alex here. Unless you have young ones, chances are you haven't had a reason to check out the Scott Family Amazeum in Bentonville.
Driving the news: Adult nights are your excuse.
Background: The Amazeum is all about play for kids that piques curiosity and inspires learning with lots of art, science and problem-solving activities.
There's a whole mini, make-believe Walmart Neighborhood Market with a checkout, games and places to tinker and build.
The intrigue: The Amazeum periodically hosts adult nights, where kids at heart can play freely — beer in hand and no kids in tow. I "drove" a tractor-trailer rig, played with a life-size Lite-Brite (remember those?!), played electronic pinball and hoisted myself up in a harnessed seat.
Each night has a theme — like Olympic games at the one I attended, where people were making their own medals and playing games outside.
Keep this in mind for date nights or for something to do with friends that's unlike any other experience in NWA.

📍 Stop by: The Amazeum hosts adult nights around three times a year. The $35 ticket — $30 for members — includes two drinks and snacks.
