Yeyo's Bentonville food truck serves can't-miss street tacos

What do you do when you're caught in pre-First Friday traffic in downtown Bentonville?

• Take a break in the shade. That's what I did anyway.

Looking for a place to grab a late lunch last week, I spied the Yeyo's food truck. They got my business with seating in the shade.

• Yeyo's operates a restaurant at Bentonville's 8th Street Market, and what it calls its Mezcaleria and Taqueria in Rogers.

At the truck, there's an amazing offering of proteins (we counted 12) but I went basic.

• I shared an order of chicken street tacos with my wife, who also tried the charred cauliflower. We ordered guac and chips on the side.
• Verdict: These are great street tacos. They were what a street taco is meant to be: quick, portable, delicious … and on the street.

My thought bubble: We'll be back, and will make our way to Yeyo's restaurants too.
