What's new on the Superdome menu for the Saints' 60th season

The Caesars Superdome has updated its menu just in time for New Orleans Saints fans to celebrate the team's first home game of its 60th regular season.
Dig in: The updates include a new burger, $6 beers and a very silly but fun collectible Superdome-shaped bowl.
Here's what you should know about on the Superdome menu this year:
🍻 $6 Dome Foam is back.
- Some menu items are priced at $6 in honor of the team's 60th season. The $6 menu includes draft beer, hot dogs, popcorn, pretzels and nachos.
🥃 Jewel of the South is doing premium cocktails on the 200 level, the exclusive Club seating tier.
- Find cocktails like the Solid Gold Old Fashioned at bars in sections 217, 225, 261 and 267.
🐊 A new alligator and pork burger is on the menu.
- "We're working with Thompson's Meats here locally to make the mix for us," Legends Global chef Michael Cansler says. "We fixed the seasoning in it to make more of a Creole-style bite … to really elevate the Louisiana flavors."
🧀 There's a new Superdome-shaped bowl for your loaded nachos.
- But you won't get the lid immediately. The frisbee-shaped piece of plastic is too projectile-like for rowdy fans, so you'll have to pick one up from guest services on your way out if you want the full bowl experience, Cansler says.
🍪 Two new cookies were added to Ochsner's Eat Fit-approved menu.
- They include salted brownie and brown butter oat flavors. Both are gluten-free and contain low added sugar. They're available in the grab-and-go Bayou Kitchen & Market, the Little Caesars Pizza Market and the Mercedes-Benz End Zone Club.
