The LSU Tigers are the champions of men's college baseball once again.
Why it matters: After sweeping Coastal Carolina, LSU baseball won its eighth national championship, giving the Tigers the second most in NCAA College World Series history.
The intrigue: Sunday's game wasn't without its drama.
Coastal Carolina head coach Kevin Schnall and first base coach Matt Schilling were both tossed from the field after Schnall argued with an umpire in the first inning. Schnall had a lot to say about it afterwards. Go deeper.
The bottom line: Talk all you want. The Tigers are busy polishing their trophy — and finishing off a truly obscene number of Jell-O shots.
