Robert's Western World opening satellite honky-tonk in Nissan Stadium

What they're saying: "It has always been our goal to use this stadium to represent the very best of our city and state," Titans' stadium head Chelsea Lipocky said Monday in a statement.

• "There is no better way to do that than by highlighting and honoring local businesses, especially one with as much history as Robert's."

State of play: The new location, on the 300 level of the stadium, will be open to all fans and will feature familiar streaks of neon.

The intrigue: Robert's co-owner Emily Ann Jones said the honky-tonk has gotten other offers from "some big cities and brands, but it never felt right."

Zoom out: This isn't the first Nashville institution to embrace the stadium. In June, the Bluebird Cafe announced plans to open a listening room in the stadium.
