If you've ever wanted to see what it's like to live in a luxury condo downtown Nashville, now's your chance.

Driving the news: The Nashville Downtown Partnership hosts its annual downtown homes tour on Saturday.

The vibe: The self-guided tour features nine downtown residential properties.

The tour includes models of units for purchase and rent as well as private residences.
Two showrooms of condo towers that are coming soon will also be tour stops.

Yes, but: The tour isn't just fancy new buildings. The Bennie Dillon Building, which was constructed around 100 years ago, will also be a tour stop this year.

Fun fact: Downtown has around 23,000 residents, up from just 2,354 in 2005.
