Starbucks to establish corporate office in Nashville this year

"With these growth plans, we see Nashville, Tennessee, as an ideal location to open an office and establish a more strategic presence in the Southeast region of the U.S."

What we're watching: The Tennessee Valley Authority, the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, and several other partners participated in bringing Starbucks to the area, according to the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development.
