Nashville's high-end retail market continued to reach new heights this year, according to data from the Greater Nashville Realtors.
By the numbers: There were 403 closings in Davidson County worth more than $2 million through Dec. 19.
Zoom in: The median home in that category had five bedrooms, four full bathrooms and one half bath.
What's next: The new condos coming to the former site of the Belle Meade Plaza are poised to add to that tally in the years to come.
