Nathaniel Rateliff wins big at 2025 Americana Awards

Nathaniel Rateliff can proudly refer to himself as an award winner.

His band Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats won album of the year at Wednesday night's Americana Music Honors & Awards at the Ryman Auditorium.
In his acceptance speech, Rateliff joked that he'd "never won an award after all these years."

Reality check: That's no longer true. The band's winning album is called "South of Here."

The night's other big winner was Sierra Ferrell, who won the prestigious artist of the year award.
