👋 Adam here! I recently visited the East Nashville restaurant Noko for the first time, and it did not disappoint.
State of plate: The Asian-inspired restaurant, which opened in March 2023, serves a bevy of sumptuous family-style dishes.
My favorites included the toasty, caramelized beef dumplings and the smoked wagyu brisket.
The portions were generous so we had plenty to take home.
The bottom line: The best part of the night might have come at the end, when our wonderful server brought us dessert along with personalized notes based on our conversations with her throughout the evening.
I got their bright and refreshing take on Dole Whip — pineapple soft serve that is a Disneyland staple.
