Nashville's food scene continues to get more star-studded with celebs such as Justin Timberlake and Miranda Lambert opening new restaurants this fall.
👋 Axios Local's Emma Way here! I'm visiting the Axios Nashville crew next week from Charlotte, and there are a lot of new restaurants I want to try since my last trip here pre-pandemic.
- The spots on my short list are Instagrammable and trendy. I'm out to see if they live up to the hype.
1. The Supper Club
Vibe: Inside the Justin Timberlake-backed, multi-concept Twelve Thirty Club is the newly opened Supper Club, a sexy, high-end date night spot with dishes such as wagyu steak tartare and a Maine lobster sushi roll.
Price: $$$$. Expect to spend $70+ per person.
What I'm going to order: Butter-poached king crab ($32), short rib potstickers ($16) and a sparkling slushie ($17) for a rooftop nightcap.
Location: 550 Broadway.

2. Assembly Food Hall
Vibe: The massive food hall has over 30 concepts, including Smokin Chikin and Donut Distillery (hello, boozy donut shakes!). My plan of attack is to go for an early dinner, order apps from a few spots and find a seat for live music.
- Eater has a full guide to the food hall here.
Price: $-$$ — a relief post-Supper Club.
What I'm going to order: The Frisky Whiskey boozy donut shake ($9) from Donut Distillery, seared beef bao ($6.75) from Steam Boys, crab rangoon ($6) from Thai Esane and á la carte rotisserie chicken ($4.99) from Smokin Chikin.
Location: 5055 Broadway Pl.
3. Church and Union
Vibe: I have to give these Charlotte-based restaurateurs some love while I'm in town. Co-owner and Top Chef all-star Jamie Lynch made his debut in the Nashville market last month.
- If it's anything like 5Church in Charlotte, I'll probably end the night with a Patrón shot (sorry, not sorry).
Price: $$$.
What I'm going to order: House tagliatelle ($29) with pancetta, local mushrooms, arugula and parmesan.
Location: 201 4th Ave. N.

4. Casa Rosa
Vibe: Country star Miranda Lambert's Tex-Mex cantina and honky-tonk bar is decked out in pink. Taking up four floors on Broadway, Casa Rosa, a.k.a. "Pink House," opened in May.
Price: $$-$$$.
What I'm going to order: The gringo tacos ($15) — Lambert's favorite dish, according to CMT. Oh, and the strawberry blueberry margarita ($15).
Location: 308 Broadway.
5. White Limozeen
Vibe: Pink, pink, and more pink. This over-the-top bar on the rooftop of Graduate Nashville has been open since 2020, but its Dolly Parton-glam look is a must-see, at least that's what I've gleaned from Axios' Adam Tamburin. Go for the pink cocktails, stay for the skyline views and pool.
Price: $$.
What I'm going to order: The "Sitting Pretty" cocktail ($13) with vodka, coconut liqueur, mint, lime and grapefruit. Plus a Champagne jello shot ($4).
Location: 101 20th Ave. N.
