Michelin names first Houston Bib Gourmand restaurant winners

The Texas Michelin Guide has been released, and it includes a list of restraurants offering great food at a good price called Bib Gourmands.

Why it matters: While these restaurants didn't go home with the coveted star, serving good food at affordable prices is perhaps even more prized.

The intrigue: Houston restaurants made up about a third of the state's Bib Gourmand list.
