Gilded Cellar is now accepting bookings for private parties such as weddings and corporate events.
The 6,800-square-foot venue is located on the lower level of Resident Culture South End. It adds to the brewery’s two other private event rooms: the Brother Flower, which accommodates up to 40 people, and the Green Room, which fits up to 15.
Details: The event room is 4,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 275 people for a cocktail party/reception and up to 200 people seated, according to a press release from the brewery.

Pricing: Starting at $2,200, the rental fee includes the space, setup, access to tables, chairs and linens.
Food and drink: The on-site event team will help you plan and coordinate with vendors, like El Toro Bruto (located inside Resident Culture), Delish Cakery and The Batchmaker.

- For an additional fee, you can customize the bar/alcohol package with Resident Culture beer, wine and liquor.

The big picture: Gilded Cellar is one of many event spaces that have opened recently, including The Ruth in Wesley Heights and The Revelry in Camp North End.
- Yes, but: They’re filling a need following the closure of The Assembly Room, Byron’s South End (next spring) and Noah’s Event Venue. Norfolk Hall, next to Suffolk Punch, will be redeveloped eventually.
