Locking down a venue is the first of many steps in wedding planning. Here’s a breakdown of venue costs in the Charlotte area to get you started.
Every venue structures its fees a little differently. Some venues might include furniture rentals and an event coordinator in their cost; some venue fees only cover the space.
- Taxes and service fees can add up. For most venues, you should budget an additional 15%-20%.
- Other costs to consider when deciding if a venue is in your budget are food and drink minimums.
Of note: This list does not include every wedding venue in Charlotte. There are several out there available for big events like weddings, such as the McGill Rose Garden, Triple C Barrel Room and Supperland.
