The 2024 Olympics in Paris wrap up this week, but there's more competition to see before the closing ceremony Sunday.
- Today's events include: triathlon, beach volleyball, shooting, volleyball, badminton, diving, hockey, climbing and table tennis.
What we're watching: Most events featuring local athletes have finished, but Team USA basketball is still dominating.
- Jason Tatum's USA men's squad plays Brazil tomorrow at 3:30pm.
Our hometown "pommel horse guy," Stephen Nedoroscik from Worcester, scored two bronze medals in the event on Saturday.
Team USA has captured 72 medals so far, more than any other nation.
The 2024 Games have already delivered viral moments, from Simone Biles' comeback to Brazilian surfer Gabriel Medina seemingly levitating over the ocean after a record-breaking performance.
- Of course our favorite memeable moment has to be Nedoroscik's turn as the internet's newest nerdy boyfriend/superhero in disguise.
Nedoroscik was beaming after the medal ceremony and gave his local gym and national teammates credit for much of his success.
