Help me find Atlanta's best chicken wings — crispy, spicy, lemon-pepper and beyond

Flashback: While Buffalo usually gets the glory, the wing's real story — like most great food stories — has deeper roots. In the 1960s, John Young, a Black chef in Buffalo, was serving his own mambo-sauced "Mumbo wings" years before the so-called "Buffalo wing" took flight.

• So, if Buffalo birthed the myth, Atlanta, at least, perfected the lemon pepper flavor.

• I'll be judging the wings on heat, crispiness, meatiness, sauce flavor and overall ATL vibe.
