If you've been wanting to expand what your taste buds are accustomed to, then Latin Restaurant Weeks provides an opportunity to branch out.

Driving the news: Latin Restaurant Weeks shines a spotlight on chefs, restaurants, bakeries, pop-ups and coffee shops serving up food and drinks across the diaspora.

Eateries are encouraged to offer prix fixe menus or special food and drink pairings to attract new customers and keep their loyal clientele coming back for more.

Zoom in: Cuisines from countries like Venezuela, Cuba, Brazil, Mexico, Spain and fusion concepts will be on hand to try at restaurants such as El Taco Veloz, El Gordo-Buckhead, Buena Vida Tapas & Sol, Hábitat Kitchen & Bar, Mango Latino Grill and Arepa Grill.

The big picture: Created by Warren Luckett and Karinn Chavarria-Luckett, Latin Restaurant Weeks originally launched in 2019 in Houston. It has since expanded to Chicago, Los Angeles and Miami as well as Atlanta.
