Natalie Bianca, the newest restaurant from Kitty Dare founder Jamshad 'Jaamy' Zarnegar's, is now open in Cascade Heights.
Fun fact: The bright-yellow restaurant takes its name from Zarnegar's late friend.
All the drinks are named in honor of women Zarnegar, who UGA grads might remember as the former general manager of The Last Resort Grill, knows.
The menu: New Southern mixed with Mexican flavors. Think small plates like griddle-fried green tomatoes topped with an onion and bacon sauce, black bean crepes and a smoke salmon quesadilla.
Larger dishes include wild salmon with creamy grits, boneless beef short rib and a three-cheese stuffed chicken breast covered in a honey walnut sauce.
Yes, and: Options for dessert range from peach poundcake and homemade churros to locally made Voga gelato.
Vibes: Plenty of tables a bar with room for 16 people await. Outside there's a limited seating area, which Zarnegar plans to expand soon.
Hours: The bar starts serving at 4pm; dinner service begins at 5pm.
Reservations can be made via Resy, and brunch will be added in the coming weeks.
