Atlanta United one of Major League Soccer's hottest tickets

There's a reason Atlanta United regularly packs Mercedes-Benz Stadium, even if its win-loss record isn't the best.

What's happening: The Five Stripes are one of the most popular Major League Soccer teams in the country, according to new data from Vivid Seats.

How it works: The ticket marketplace tracked MLS ticket sales from 2014 to 2024 to determine which teams got the most support by county.

By the numbers: Sporting Kansas City leads all teams, topping ticket sales in 231 counties. Atlanta United (228) is second, followed by Chicago Fire (163).

Thought bubble: Georgia is home to 159 counties, so that might be skewing the results just a bit in our favor.
