The Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority announced a new express route connecting downtown St. Petersburg and Tampa International Airport.
State of play: The service, called 727, will include nine stops downtown and will travel to and from the airport using the Howard Frankland Bridge's new express lanes, PSTA said in a news release.
It will run from 5am to 11pm daily, and buses will include luggage racks. One-way fare will cost $2.25, per St. Pete Rising.
What's next: The service is expected to launch in October.
