Before he was a race car driver, Nolan Allaer grew up in Hillsborough County. So we asked the Indy NXT No. 11 driver what his best day ever in Tampa Bay would be.

  • Spoiler alert: He'd still be burning rubber.

🏃‍♂️🥞 He'd start the day with a run on Bayshore Boulevard followed by pancakes, bacon and eggs at First Watch.

🏒 Then, he'd head to a lightning game at Amalie Arena. "Lightning/Redwings would be the best possible game, without a doubt."

  • Paired with: A slice of cheese pizza and a Coke.

🏎️ "In an ideal world, if it's still the middle of the day I'd go over to Andersen RacePark and log some laps there before they close. I've been karting there for many many years. You can get a lot of seat time in the kart and work out a lot of different things for what I do now."

🍕 Brickhouse Pizza would be his dinner spot with family. "I guess I'd be doing pizza twice that day. I have no problem with that."

🍿 To close out the day: A second showing of "Talladega Nights" at CinéBistro.
