A penthouse suite in St. Pete's second-tallest building just hit the market.
Why it matters: We know the $10 million price tag is out of the question for most of us, but who doesn't love a little high-class voyeurism?
Details: The unit is on the 35th floor of the Saltaire, a luxury condominium building at 301 First Street S. that finished construction late last summer.
- The 6,000-square-foot unit has four bedrooms, five full baths and a half bath, per the listing.
- A 1,645-square-foot wraparound porch offers views of the bay, the St. Pete Pier, Al Lang Stadium and more.
- The interior is decked out in $180,000 worth of furniture and decor, with the overall design by St. Pete architectural design firm Oliver Shaw.
- The furnishings aren't included in the purchase price but are negotiable, listing agent Robyn Gunn told Axios.
