San Antonio's Curry Boys debut cookbook

Zoom in: The recipes reflect the fusion that catapulted Curry Boys from a pandemic-era pop-up to a multilocation success story. The trio was named James Beard award semifinalist for best chef in Texas two years in a row.

• Recipes include Thai-style barbecue shrimp with Penang curry butter, smoked pork belly bánh mì, nam jim jaew party ribs and smoked coconut cheesecake.
