Food news flash: Adair Kitchen opening soon in San Antonio

Here's a quick bite of the latest food news.

🆕 Adair Kitchen — the first outpost of the Houston-based chain — opens Monday in the former home of Jim's on Broadway, spokesperson Frances Boatwright tells Axios.

The restaurant will serve an all-day menu, plus cocktails.

🤠 Popular Pearl spots — including Southerleigh, Brasserie Mon Chou Chou, Mezquite and Ladino — are offering "Ride & Dine" packages to the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo for the Dierks Bentley and Sheryl Crow concerts on Wednesday and Thursday, respectively.

How it works: Guests reserve a spot through OpenTable's Experiences page. Each restaurant is offering a prix fixe menu ($35–$45 per person), which includes a complimentary shuttle to the rodeo. The shuttle departs Pearl at 6:45pm and returns at 11:20pm.

🚙 Ro-Ho Pork & Bread, the lauded torta ahogada spot, has opened a drive-thru-only express location in the Highlands neighborhood.
