👋 Megan here, telling you about a brunch dish I liked so much that I had it twice this month.
Dig in:Full Goods Diner opened at Pearl two years ago, and has since landed on Yelp's list of top brunch spots nationwide.
What to try: I love the Smoked Salmon Benny ($19). It's a soft but dense homemade biscuit topped with sauce gribiche (a French egg sauce), pickled onions and — of course — poached eggs and salmon.
It comes with a side of poblano ranch salad. I find the dressing underwhelming, but the greens are fresh and the main dish is good enough to overlook an average salad.
With plenty of protein and carbs, it's a great way to start a late weekend morning before an afternoon adventure.
Pro tip: Grab a cold brew ($5) to go to keep the energy going. It's a bold and smooth sipper.
What's next: I'll try something else on the menu (maybe).
