Sultry basement bar Easy Baby opens in San Antonio

Easy Baby, a sexy basement bar, is the latest addition to The Creamery District, located in the former Borden Dairy factory near Pearl.

The vibe: Easy Baby is a low-lit hideaway located behind a wall of Amelia, another cocktail bar that opened in February.

• It has the luxe appeal of its sister concept, but with a DJ, velour banquette couches and touches of neon.
• The menu includes classic cocktails like Cosmopolitans and espresso martinis, as well as more adventurous experiences like a vodka martini partnered with a dollop of fish eggs, otherwise known by its trendy name, a "caviar bump."
