Creations from 1 million LEGO® bricks on display at new exhibition

A 23.5-foot-long Titanic replica and more than 100 other model vehicles constructed from nearly 1 million LEGO® bricks are on view now at the Virginia Museum of History & Culture.
Here's the deal: The "Traveling Bricks" exhibition invites guests to explore the wonders of transportation history through replicas of iconic land, air, sea and space vehicles, including a 10-foot-tall skyrocket and 6.5-foot-long Boeing 747.
- The exhibition is open through Jan. 5, 2025.
What to expect: In addition to the model vehicles, the exhibition will feature…
- A quilt made entirely of LEGO® bricks created by LEGO® clubs from Richmond Public Libraries and Chesterfield County Libraries.
- A model of the Kline Kar by a LEGO® builder from Northern Virginia.
- Replicas of Richmond landmarks by local students.
Plus, plus, plus: This is the exhibition's continental U.S. debut.
- The LEGO® Group will open its first and only U.S. Manufacturing plant near Richmond, Virginia following this exhibition.
