Guy Fieri is coming to Mechanicsville for a tequila signing

Driving the news: Fieri will be at ABC Headquarters on Tuesday signing bottles of Santo Tequila, the spirit he launched in 2017 with former Van Halen frontman and longtime friend Sammy Hagar.

• Santo makes four agave spirits: Blanco, Reposado, Añejo and Mezquila — and all are available at Virginia ABC stores, starting at $39.99.

How it works: Advance tickets for Fieri's Mechanicsville visit are sold out, but standby admission is available, first-come, first-served, per Virginia ABC.

• Attendees can purchase a bottle at the event for Fieri to sign and/or bring other memorabilia for signing.

Flashback: Fieri used to be a regular in Richmond.

• He's featured multiple Richmond restaurants on his show "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives," since 2008, including Perly's, The Fancy Biscuit, ZZQ, Soul Taco, Pops, Dot's Back Inn and The Village Cafe.

If you go: The Fieri meet-and-greet is at the ABC Headquarters at 7450 Freight Way on Tuesday, Sept. 29 at 5:30pm and is expected to last two hours.
