Otto Eats revives Richmond's former Hatch Local space

A fast-casual concept out of Charlottesville is bringing new life to Richmond's long-vacant former food hall and Turkish flavors to Manchester.

The big picture: Otto Eats & Catering opened this month in part of the old Hatch Local space, Richmond's first and only food hall until it closed in 2024.

The restaurant specializes in Turkish and Mediterranean bowls, wraps and pitas, all customizable à la Chipotle or CAVA.
And best of all, everything on the menu is under $15.

How it works:

🌯 Pick a style: bowl, wrap or pita
🥙 Choose a base: rice, grains or greens
🧆 Add a protein: Chicken, beef or falafel
🧅 Finish with toppings and sauce.

Plus, Otto offers appetizers, sliders, fries, dessert (hello, baklava), a full bar and weekday happy hour.

The restaurant offers takeout, delivery via DoorDash and free parking in its lot for dine-in (with validation).
