Where to watch the World Cup final in Richmond

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Penny Lane downtown: 1pm but we recommend showing up at noon to snag a spot. They get full quickly. A minimum spend of $25 is required per occupied seat.

🌯 Virginia Transit Company (nicknamed VITCO) off Meadow Street has California burritos, $5 select tallboys and an LED wall. 12pm. Free.
