Behold, a GRTC bus painted by local muralist Silly Genius ahead of the group's annual fundraiser.
Why it matters: The bus is a "rolling piece of community art" and will be on full display at GRTC's transit event next month.
State of play: The TAP Into Transit Day fundraiser helps support the city's free buses.
This year's event — July 14 at Main Street Station — is very art-focused. In addition to the painted bus, there will be locally-created artwork available in an online auction.
Plus: food trucks and the debut of GRTC's new merch store.
