This Richmond drink comes in a World Cup trophy glass

Sabrina here. I've found my new favorite drink in the city, and it's at Abuelita's on Midlo Turnpike.

Why it matters: It's served in a World Cup trophy glass, topped with Airhead candy and can be spiked with tequila.

Oh, and there's a 15% discount on your next Abuelita's meal if you bring the glass back.

The big picture: Abuelita's, a restaurant known for its Mexican stews, first posted about it last week as "Una Loca en una Copa," which translates to "a crazy in a cup." That was all the convincing I needed.

They're referring to agua locas, the boozy version of agua frescas — a Mexican drink often made fruit like mango, peaches, passionfruit and more.
Abuelita's regularly rotates flavors.

By the numbers: For $10, you can get one with tequila, mezcal or rum.

For the non-drinkers, a small agua fresca runs you about $1.99.

What to expect: A Tajín rim, a tangy chamoy stick and pure bliss while watching that day's World Cup match.
