Report: Richmonders spent $3.6M on OnlyFans last year

By the numbers: OnlyGuider, which independently functions as a search engine for OnlyFans creators, found Richmond city residents spent an estimated $3.6 million on the NSFW platform last year.

• That's nearly $10,000 a day, or $160,165 per 10,000 people.
• It also puts Richmond at the No. 30 spot nationally and No. 1 spot in Virginia in per-capita spending.
• Virginians overall spent $64.7 million on OnlyFans last year — lower than most states.

The intrigue: Richmond is home to 1,869 OnlyFans creators, who generate an estimated $2.4 million in annual revenue, per the report.

Caveat: OnlyFans doesn't release city-level spending data, and OnlyGuider says its estimates are based on search activity, platform analytics and financial filings from OnlyFans' parent company.

The bottom line: Scientific or not, we're telling everyone Richmond is for OnlyFans.
