It's set to be another gorgeous weekend in Richmond.
Here's how to enjoy it.
Thursday, April 9
๐๐ป It's RVA Fashion Week, which means there are events through Sunday.
- Thursday: "Emergence: Fashion in Motion" at Deco at CNB showcases the city's emerging designers "who are pushing boundaries." 6-10pm. $23.18.

๐ฐ The Valentine's history tours are back for the season starting Thursday, with walking, bike and bus tours across the city. Days and times vary. Tickets start at $20 for non-member adults.
๐ช Watch people (professionals) skydive into CarMax Park ahead of the Flying Squirrels game. 5pm, first pitch is at 7:05pm. Free, unless you're wanting to watch the game. Those tickets start at $12.
๐ญ Comedian Jo Koy is at the Altria Theater. 8pm. Tickets start at $45.60.
Friday, April 10
๐ธ The Library of Virginia downtown has an exhibition through May 30 featuring historic pics of Broad Street taken in 1919. Monday-Saturday, 8:30am-5pm. Free.
๐๏ธ Brian's Books, a bookshop in Church Hill, is launching its first issue of a community newspaper called "Short Stop," which collects what the owner has learned from his interactions with customers. Friday-Sunday, 11am-6pm. Free.
๐ฃ๏ธ The Visual Arts center of Richmond on West Main in the Fan is having its annual Poetry Fest with live performances, community readings and drag queen story hours through Saturday. Times vary. Free.
๐ถ Uptown Alley in Midlo has a 90s and 2000s hip-hop party. 8pm. About $14.
๐ต Cmfrt.co's phoneless party is back at Vagabond with DJs Moneรก, Markus Gold and Kash Kobi. 7pm. $15.

Saturday, April 11
๐ ๐ผ Head to Forest Hill Park for a 1.5-mile "RVA Baddie Walk." 10am. Free and dogs are welcome.
๐ Croaker's Spot on Hull Street is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a block party, DJs and food. 11am-5pm. Free.
๐๐ผ Watch some Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at the Great American Ranch in Midlo. Noon-4pm. $33.
๐บ๐ป There's a Richmond Dance Festival with local performers at the Cultural Arts Center of Glen Allen. 2pm and 7pm showings. $21.
Sunday, April 12
๐ฅณ Help VMFA celebrate its 90th birthday at its "See Yourself Here" event, with food trucks, art activities and performances. 1-4pm. Free.
๐ช Fly some kites at Henrico's Dorey Park in honor of Kite Day. Noon-3pm. Free kites for the first 300 people.
- Or head over to River City Sportsplex in Chesterfield to fly some. 1-4pm. (whispers, Chesterfield has free kites for the first 1,300 kids.)
๐ถ FETCH Fest is on at Hardywood's West Creek location with "pet-centric vendors, a dog zone with an agility course" and live music. 1-4pm. Free.
๐๐ผ Latinx Fashion Show is back for their annual showcase featuring Latinx designers at the Virginia Museum of History & Culture. 4pm and 6:30pm showings. $15 for non-members.
