It's March Madness bracket time.

Why it matters: You can sign up for our free Axios Richmond group on ESPN and enter a bracket for the men's, women's or both.

Catch up quick: Virginia schools have six teams representing in the NCAA tournament this year, which is double what they had last year.

• On the women's side, there's the University of Richmond (No. 11 seed), UVA (No. 10), JMU (No. 12) and Virginia Tech (No. 9)
• For the men's: VCU (No. 11) and UVA (No. 3).

How it works: Entries must be completed by tournament tipoff time (12:15pm Thursday for the men, 11:30am Friday for the women).

• The password is "Axios" if it asks for one.

What you get: A shoutout, some bragging rights and maybe an extra surprise.
