Zillow's most-clicked Virginia home in 2025

Virginia's most popular Zillow listing this year was also the only active lighthouse listed among the platform's fan favorites in every state.
Why it matters: It's literally in the Chesapeake Bay.
Catch up quick: The owners of the Smith Point Lighthouse in Reedville restored and listed the 1897 gem for $450,000 last year. It's a cash-only sale.
- And even though no one's purchased it yet, they haven't budged on the price for the four-bedroom, one-bath "island" home, per the Zillow listing.
Fun fact: The lighthouse, less than two hours from Richmond, comes fully furnished with crab pots.
- The downside: On rough water days, it can take up to an hour to travel the almost three miles to get there from the shore.
- You also have to climb some ladders to get into the lighthouse, but at least your arms would eventually get ripped, right?
