There's a TikTok famous traffic drum with legs taking over VCU

The big picture: Mr. Coni's been spotted skateboarding through campus, walking outside of Altria Theater, dancing in the BookHolder's parking lot and at Southern Railway Taphouse in Shockoe on the weekends.

• And when a TikTok of him hanging at VCU dining hall — with no food in front of him —went viral last week, hundreds of people flooded the comments with pictures they've taken with him.
• One commenter said "He's just there to give everybody joy I swear."

Zoom in: When Axios reached out to his Instagram account, which has a bio that says "Just a cone with legs," Mr. Coni declined to share his secret identity.

• But he told Axios the idea to have fun with it came from being bored.

Fun fact: He might not be making any public statements for or against Richmond's driving culture, but he has merch available with a smiling traffic drum that says "Look both ways b-tch."
