Megan Thee Stallion shouts out Chesterfield teen's mental health work

Catch up quick: It all started when Henry won a grant from Megan Thee Stallion's Pete & Thomas Foundation and Southern Black Girls and Women's Consortium to start MH Boxes in January 2024.

• Since then, the nonprofit has sent 1,600 mental health boxes to Black girls in five states including Virginia.
• They've also gone to local girls group homes and patients getting home from the hospital.
• Each box is equipped with a note from Henry encouraging them to talk about their mental health, and some of her go-to mental health tools, like a "Wreck This Journal," stress balls, handmade bracelets, fidget toys, Squishmallows and mental health resources.
