Virginia Lottery ticket wins record-breaking $348 million jackpot

✈️ Richmond International Airport was ranked as the 37th best airport in the nation on the Washington Post's list of the 50 best airports.

🅿️ Speaking of the airport, its new daily parking rates go into effect tomorrow, Karri reports.

• Rates in the garages near the airport will go from $12 to $15. The economy lot rates will go from $7 to $10.
