Spotted: Virginia postcards on Carrie Bradshaw's fridge

Virginia was spotted not once, but twice, in the latest episode of the "Sex and the City" reboot.

Why it matters: We're pinned on Carrie Bradshaw's SMEG fridge.

Driving the news: In the season 3 premiere of "And Just Like That" last Thursday, Bradshaw, played by Sarah Jessica Parker, runs through her kitchen, showing us:

One postcard that says "Everything's better in Virginia, USA"
And the iconic statewide slogan, "Virginia is for Lovers."

Context: In season 2, Aidan Shaw (IYKYK) moves to Virginia to live on a farm…in Norfolk.

The season 3 premiere then quietly changed his farm to the much-more-realistic location of Smithfield, which, fun fact, is home to the world's oldest ham.

What they're saying: Virginia Tourism Corporation tells Axios that they didn't pay anything to have the postcard displayed on the show — it was just a "happy surprise."
