Riverrock and Lebanese fest lead big RVA weekend

Friday

🧗‍♂️ Dominion Energy Riverrock — Richmond's favorite three-day outdoor sports, live music, extreme sports and dog jumping watching — festival is here.

• Events start Friday at 5pm and run through Sunday at 5pm, on and around Brown's Island. The festival is Richmond at its best. Free.

🇱🇧 The 40th annual Lebanese Food Festival kicks off Friday and runs through Sunday at St. Anthony Church in Henrico. There will be Lebanese food, drinks and music. Free.

🖼️ The Fan Arts Stroll is Thursday and Friday on the 2000-2500 blocks of Hanover and 2200-2500 blocks of Grove with live music, juggling and food trucks. 4-8pm. Free.

Saturday

🍻 Hardywood is celebrating American Craft Beer Week all week with $10 beer flights and $10 brewery tours, both at its West Creek location. Free.

👀 Virginians for Reconciliation, former Gov. Bob McDonnell's group, is hosting a coalition of former Virginia governors (six of them, plus our current one) at VCU's Academic Learning Commons. 4pm. Free.

• They'll be discussing racial progress and the future of education quality and equality on the anniversary of Brown v. Board of Education.

🪩 Get in a roving disco with "Gimme Gimme Disco: A Dance Party Inspired by ABBA" at the Canal Club. 8pm. Tickets are $24.87.

Sunday

🌮 Get your taco on at the RVA Taco Festival at Hardywood West Creek, featuring a dozen local taco trucks. There will be live music, beer and, of course, tacos. Noon-6pm. Admission is free with a suggested $10 donation to benefit Safe Harbor.

🐶 Bluey, and her little sister Bingo, will be at The Diamond for a meet and greet before the Squirrels play. 12:35pm for Blue, first pitch is at 1:35pm. Game tickets start at $13.

🎨 The Little Giant Society, the group trying to create the city's first public art park, is having a fundraiser at The Veil Brewery in Scott's Addition. Noon- 5pm. Free.
