Cirrus Vodka's new Scott's Addition tasting room opened last week.
Why it matters: It's the second of three exciting concepts opening in Ballast, the complex that's been in the works in the former Blue Bee Cider space since 2023.
On the menu: Cocktails, lots of them, all made with Richmond's Cirrus Vodka, including mules, martinis, spritzes and specialty drinks, like the Appletini ($11-$14). Mocktails are also available.
If you go: The tasting room, and its massive dog-friendly patio, is open Wednesday-Sunday.
What's next: Slack Tide Fish Co., the global coastal restaurant and raw bar from the owners of Yellow Umbrella market, is slated to open in June.
