The big picture: Sabra is the nation's top-selling hummus., per the Virginia Economic Development Partnership, and it's made only in the state.
The intrigue: Sabra designed the plant to be able to churn out 10,000 tons of hummus each month.
Fun fact: Sabra set the table for the country's hummus obsession and mass regional production, and after relocating to Virginia from NYC, it kicked off a national tour to introduce the rest of the U.S. to chickpea dip.
