The Korean BBQ platter you need to try in Scott's Addition

I want to shout out @_khaleeyah's post for putting me on to Kobop, a Korean BBQ fusion food truck at Buskey Cider.

My friend and I went for the signature platter, a $35 tray with three Korean Birria tacos, two Bao buns (your choice of Bulgogi beef, Gochujang pork or tofu), sticky chicken bites and Nashville fries.

I recommend loading those fries up with Bulgogi beef, a worthy $5 add-on.

What made it great: This might be some of the best food I've had in Richmond.

The tacos were cheesy. The beef was tender. The chicken bites had the perfect crunch, and the Bao buns were definitely Bao bunning.
I would take home a pound of the sauce drizzling the fries if I could.

Fun fact: Buskey's Ruby Red Crab Apple was named the best cider in the state at last week's Governor's Cup, in case you need an award-winning drink to wash it all down.

What's next: This platter is available until March 31 but will be replaced by a summer version that's in the works.
