What to expect: Daniel Jackson, the head chef at Chapel Hill's Osteria Giorgi, partnered with Bakatsias on the venture.
The menu features North Carolina seafood, including shrimp and grits and oysters on the half shell, plus Southern classics like "Mom's Mac & Cheese" and drop biscuits served with pepper jelly, county ham or pimento cheese.
The space is sprawling, but cozy, with 220 seats across multiple rooms and a garden patio.
