Stop if you've read this before, but Duke looks like the favorite to win the NCAA Tournament this year.
Why it matters: The No. 1-ranked Blue Devils have been dominant since losing to UNC in February, moving on from that loss in an impressive fashion.
A rematch against the Tar Heels in Durham on Saturday will give coach Jon Scheyer a chance for revenge, too.
By the numbers: Since that Feb. 7 loss, the Blue Devils have won seven straight games, including a win over then-No. 1 Michigan and four wins by more than 20 points.
The Blue Devils have the No. 1-ranked defense in the country and the 4th best offense, according to KenPom.
Duke is tied with Michigan with the best odds to win the national championship, according to Fanduel.
And star freshman Cam Boozer is the runaway favorite to be the national Player of the Year. He would be the second Duke player to win the award in as many years after Cooper Flagg took it home last year.
What we're watching: While last year's Duke team was likely more talented, this year's squad has been a war machine down the stretch.
It also might be carrying extra motivation after a heartbreaking loss in the Final Four to Houston last year. That might sound hokey, but "redemption" certainly helped power UNC's 2017 team to a national championship.
What's next: The game against No. 17 North Carolina tips off Saturday at 6:30pm on ESPN.
