Raleigh weekend events March 7-9

👠 Celebrate International Women's Day early and watch the "Barbie" movie at Downtown Cary Park starting at 7:30pm.

• Pre-screening events, which include a photo op with a life-sized Barbie and a make-your-own-visor station, begin at 6pm.

🤘 If "Barbie" isn't your speed, maybe "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" at The Rialto is? Doors open at 11:30pm Friday night; show starts at 11:55pm. Tickets are $11.

🍷 Make it a Feminist First Friday and help The No Woman No Girl Initiative at Raleigh Wine Shop. Donate any supplies on its list (see this Instagram post for more details) and the shop will waive your corkage fee.

🌭 Grab Latin American hotdogs and veggie dogs at the soon-to-open Mala Pata's pop-up at Person Street Bar Saturday from 5:30pm to sellout.

🦾 Catch the Giant Robot Fight Club at Common Market Saturday from 7-9pm, where people will make homemade robot costumes and beat each other up.

🍻 Party with Trophy Brewing as it celebrates its 12-year anniversary, featuring guitar-mandolin duo Thick as Thieves and a special beer release. Party goes from noon to 4pm Sunday at its Morgan Street location.
