North Hills, one of the Triangle's most popular destinations for shopping and eating, has undergone a significant expansion in the past year with the completion of its Main District and new Innovation District.
Why it matters: The expansions are part of Kane Realty's efforts to maintain its flagship property as one of the area's premier shopping districts even as it faces more competition from other developments around the Triangle.
