The North Carolina State Fair recorded 998,926 visitors during its 2024 edition, the state said this week.
That ranked as the sixth-largest attendance in the fair's history, according to ABC11. It's also why you likely got snarled in a few traffic jams last month.
What's next: The fair will return next year from Oct. 16-26.
